Summerdale Apartments

Ive taken the time to read each review, and I must say that I cant relate. This community is amazing. The management is awesome as well. Recently renovated, affordable, grounds are nicely kept, the gates work and not to mention its really tucked away off a busy street. I Love It Here. Thank You!!

Do not move in this Community its a scam the lights go out every 2 week and you will be without lights even if you pay you bill then Georgia power rip you off in the community worst apart i have lived so far

HORRIBLE place!!! This isnt even a one star! Please do not move here. I lived here for almost a year and Ive had every problem imaginable. Apartment flooded twice, maintenance was slow to fix the issue. I didnt have a pitched for TWO months because of it. The power goes off often, AC went out and they took forever to fix it. Mold in the walls. Maintenance would come in, track mud and not clean up, mud al over the base boards that wont come up. Outlets dont workthats not even the end of it. I could go on and on. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Please see photos below!!!

Could be better. The gate at springview is always having issues its annoying. Power is ALWAYS going out. Im ready to move so bad. This probably was the worst place Ive live so far honestly because the power cuts off so much
