Ive been renting for 10 years and never in that time have I felt so welcomed by a management group. Noel and Holly showed me multiple properties whilst giving me space to decided things on my own time as I was moving from out of state. They went above and beyond to do whatever they could to help and make things easy for me. They were always available for any questions or concerns I had and truly made me feel at home before anything was signed. From the bottom of my heart, thank you, thank you, thank you. I couldnt be happier to call this place my home.

Ive lived here for about 2 months and I love it! Kosha helped me with my application process which was fast and efficient. She also remembers residents by name and is very helpful any time I go to her with questions in office.

The Mattress Factory is one of the best places to live in Atlanta! My husband and i have almost been here for a year now and we dont have enough nice things to say. The leasing team and maintenance team are always so quick to respond and are all so above and beyond kind. Noel is always in the leasing office and has never not greeted us with a smile. If you want a cool historic building to live in with the best team backing you, this is the place!
