Under new management! The previous owners/management have been replaced by Rangewater. Rangewater managed and owned the property from 2020-2022 previously and were the best managers we've had in my decade or so living here. They are already addressing many of the maintenance issues as a priority and I expect the complex to be running like clockwork again in a few months. I am not sure why some information says midtown promenade is a long walk - it's next door 2 minutes across the beltline.

Do not waste your time living here. The location is great and that is it . Management and maintenance is very disorganized. They do not put their residents first . It is impossible to get ahold of them . The phone line is never working . I moved out four months ago and still have not received my security deposit back . They just shrug you off and say we will email you , and you should get it in a few days . Still havent received it after multiple attempts of going up to the office and no response back to emails . They are very good at being nice and convincing it is a great place to live . Dont fall for it .

Has anyone actually looked into the MSC Properties LLC? Is it legit? Because the more I dig into them the more suspicious I become of them. Why can't I find a phone number or a legit address for these people? Why is it that no one is helpful in helping me solve issues that have constantly been an issue?

It was a great complex until MSC Investment purchased the property March 2022. They've completely neglected the property. The trash never gets taken out, landscaping is never done, cars broken into, maintenance issues never addressed. I'm so blessed that I never had a major maintenance issue because I know it never would've been fixed. I know residents that went the whole summer without air conditioning. MSC Investment may be up to something fishy because their business model makes no sense. The only benefit MSC Investment has given to this complex is that parking is much easier now because the vacancy rate is so high. Don't waste your money living here. So glad to have finally moved out of this dump. UPDATE: This property and the complex that they own in Sandy Springs are being foreclosed! Funny that the articles blame high interest rates and the new economic environment. We all know it's because this company is completely incompetent and has no earthly idea how to run an apartment complex.
