Elite at City Park

Maria and Sheri the property manager were not only kind and patient. Renting is a new experience for me and they made it as painless as possible even going the extra mile to explain the approval process and how credit plays a part.They have so far always answered the phone even when Ive made multiple calls back to back because my signal kept dropping.Im extremely grateful to have had them as my first experience in this new endeavor. 10/10.

Derrick is the best maintenance tech I ever encountered. He is very good and swift at his job. His work is accurate and clean. I never had to call back.

I have lived here at Elite for a little over two years me and my two children and I must say this is home for us.The office management are always on point when it comes to answering the phones and getting things done and handling work orders.Speaking of work orders I must say the newest maintenance guy Mr.Derrick has been sent to my unit on a few work orders and he is always polite wears a mask when entering my unit and does his job my AC went out on a Saturday which I know the office is closed that Day but I called in and Mr.Derrick came and fixed the issue with in minutes so if you are looking for a place to call home and a great team its Elite signed yours truly the tall girl.
