The Huntley Apartments

I've had the pleasure of meeting the dynamic duo... Asia & Aaliyah, and of course the fantabulous Jaye. They give this property that extra flare and uniqueness that you would want at any place that you call home. The property has a very comforting and elequant design that makes you look forward to the next Amenity or commons area. The units are spacious with a beautiful open layout that you can enjoy all the amazing views. This property is truly a diamond and worth every experience.

Are leasing agents compensated based on the number of applications they get? Jaye was extremly helpful ans responsive *before* I submitted my application but after I submitted my application and documents verifying that we make 3x the rent, he completely flipped. The email communication became basically non-existent from Jaye slow to respond to calls and basically left hanging. Called to tour, Jaye told me to come in right away. After the tour I submitted a question about submitting an app., Jaye called me right away after seeing my email. After I submitted my application, no response for 48 hours. I called in to follow-up on my application about 48 hours later, Jaye basically forgets to submitt my documents and says he is re-submitting them. After that, he went out of office so I dealt with other members of the leasing office who were more helpful but still not a great experience. If this is the application process I can only imagine how it is as a resident here. No thanks.
