The Kirkwood Apartments

This is where I have called home for almost 5 years. I absolutely love the people, the complex and everything about it. The management team, especially Chris, Kyle and frankly all, are truly family. They have always helped in every way so I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for all of your accommodations and making this a wonderful place to call home. I would recommend The Kirkwood to anybody!!! If I could give 10 stars I would but 5 stars all around and then some!!! Sincerely, Blair

My husband and I are current residents, and I wanted to take a moment to talk about our time here as it comes to a close. First off, were only leaving because we bought a home. Living at The Kirkwood has been a great experience, in fact after 15 years in Atlanta for both my husband and I, we each agree that this is our most favorite place weve ever lived. The team keeps the grounds tidy, we never had a single appliance break, we never heard our neighbors, and always received all of our packages. If youre an Atlanta native you know how rare these things are. Living here, you feel safe. Everyone who lives here also wants to maintain a nice place to live, and thats crucial. I love that they keep the gym clean and orderly with everything working. We were able to enjoy walking our dogs in the neighborhood without worry, and its a great location close to good places to eat. I work in Buckhead and the easy highway access made my commute a lot more manageable. I would absolutely recommend the Kirkwood anyone whos looking for a new place to call home, and we certainly enjoyed it as our home during this season of life. Finally, the team has been nothing short of warm, efficient, knowledgeable, and welcoming - This is everyone from the manager to the maintenance staff. They really did deliver on every promise they made to us during our initial tour before we even signed our lease. Bye, Kirkwood well miss you!!

My wife and I lived here for close to 3 years. We only moved out because we bought a house. The amenities are great. Solid gym and pool. The leasing staff, manager and maintenance staff were exceptional. Kirkwood is an exceptional neighborhood. The apartment community is made up of a great and friendly mix of people in all stages of life (single, married, families, young professionals, retired, etc.)

I lived here from 2023-2024 and had a wonderful experience with both the apartment and the staff here at the Kirkwood apartments. The resident staff has always been kind and helpful, even when I had a package accidentally delivered here after we moved out, they went above and beyond to help get it back to me. The facilities are always kept tidy and work orders were done in timely matters. This was the best apartment complex Ive ever lived at! Besides the customer service I received, the location of the apartments is also superb. I especially enjoyed walking to Dulce vegan, evergreen, taproom, Bessie branham park, and Pullman yards. 10/10 recommend!!!
