We have lived in a property managed by them for several years. It continues to decline. The washer and dryer they add to your lease is not actually through them they refuse to service and even worse the property won't respond nor will the corporate office. We are not paying for an "amenity " we don't have. We had to go purchase new ones on out own.

No one ever answers the phone. I don't understand how they conduct themselves as a business. How you work in a office and never answer the phone. They give the same excuse over and over and over. Always make a promise they don't keep. Try to blame their lack of service on covid but it's simply their liars. Property manager told me my unit would be done on a Thurs. Two thursday later more excuses and no one in office will answer. I have to pull up on them consistently to get any response which still be more excuses. They sent my welcome letter June 10th and here it is AUGUST 27th and unit still not ready nor can i get a honest true move-in date. Always send and email of why they had to delay move-in. They cut power on in my name and not theirs to do the work and still don't have the unit ready. Do NOT waste your time and money!
