Do your company a favor and don't buy anything from this company. The equipment I received never worked and they sent me more that never worked. I returned all of their product and have been trying to get refunded for over two years. Yes 2 years! they have third party companies answering the phone complaints. I turned them in to the MN attorney general and they were not able to get through to this off shore company. They owe me $96 after sending me a lower amount owed. It's the principal of this scam that is going on. Please pass the word.

I never write a bad review but need to express my concern over the lack of assistance I am recieving regarding the Dash cams recently purchased, They just don't work and techincal support has horrible. Right now I will tell everyone run don't walk away from verizonconnect dash cams everything is a "TEAM" or non cooperation. I could use someone locally to assist not a call center which is ALL I get. I would be better purchasing dash cams from a local store. Can someone locally help me

Never got any results in total by Verizon is allowing another user with my same number I challenge that company to find out what's going on so they can stop this unless they're a part of it

Went in for customer service assistance. The rep, Zhane Fuller, was argumentative, smart mouthed, blew her lips as frustrated, used JC outloud, and was very unprofessional and not helpful. Her manager, Lynn, really did nothing to assist other than possibly settle Zhane down a little. Other customers commented about how rude she was as they observed. Actually, another customer assisted in helping to resolve our issue. After being a very loyal Verizon customer since the beginning of cell phones, we are now taking our $240 bill to Xfinity for $76 with exceptional customer service.

This is a horrible business that rips off customers. I can't wait till my 36 months is up so I can cancel my service.
