All I've ever gotten here are shoulder shrugs. ZERO actual help. It's so frustrating. They screw up -- admittedly -- and then "oh duh, dunno what to do. Guess that's how it is." The first of those faux helpless incidents has cost us a significant amount of $$ monthly. The most recent leaves me with a nonworking phone -- still under manufacturer's warranty. Avoid. There is nothing but frustration waiting for you here.

It's been two good years since I visited this place and I still can't get over how rude and unprofessional the people working at this so-called "main" store in the area. We walked in and weren't greeted by anyone until after good 10 minutes. The guy asked us the reason for visiting and we were clear thar we needed to buy stuff from them. He turned around and ignored us. More people came in after us and needed customer service. Those people got help immediately. I turned to the "host" and said "ok? What about us?" didn't acknowledge that at all so I turned around and never came back. I don't mind bad mouthing this place either in other stores or to other customers because I had more than one bad experience with them. Been a T-Mobile customer for over a decade and that's the kind of treatment you at places that are official stores and not retailers. Bye bye Windward store. @T-Mobile reached out asking for another chance. Most certainly you did not even reached levels of common respect and politeness in 3 different occasions. I am most definitely never going back or giving you another chance

Jayne went above and beyond to handle my complicated 5 phone and one watch family plan conversion from ATT. I dont normally leave reviews, so you know she left a great first impression for me with T-Mobile.

Sitting in Tmobile for the third time! They changed my SIM CARD and my phone still does not work. It just makes me wonder... are you forcing an upgrade. I am so over you. The worst customer service ever. I was never acknowledged. The guy didn't check my phone before I left. I came right back. The experience in this store does not represent TMobile's Mission. What damn family? Update!!! I'm still here and the phone that was ordered to exchange my phone and they ordered the exchange on the wrong phone!!! Update I'm back home. I can only use wi fi calling. I have an hour drive to work and will be with out a mobile device. Thanks so much.
