        Go to a different store, this one isn't worth your time. They will lie to you, offering things they then won't give you; and when you ask about it, they will tell you to go call customer service, but customer service will tell you: "Because it happened in a store, you have to go back to the store." The people here are trash and will use all sorts of jargon to confuse and berate you. Not only that, they cause unnecessary issues to happen to your phone. I was in there to cancel an accessory and, now, my phone can't receive phone calls.
