        Lazy Reps! Customer care directed me to the store, the store sent me back to Customer care. Ridiculous! Seems like nobody wants to do their jobs. Too much back and forth.

        The manager DJ and his staff went above and beyond for me! I had a very difficult issue with my phone that tech support could not fix. DJ and his staff made a cayto tech support for me and finally got to the bottom of my phone issue.

        I was pretty upset about the way customer care treated me for the last 8 months - this stores staff have been very helpful. With home internet and cell service being really bad at my appointment. The phone I got wasn't working on their network and I spent months troubleshooting. I've finally switched service providers and the phone works fine. Ivan and his staff were very helpful in getting my account closed and answering all of my questions.
