Boost Mobile

It says opens at 12pm well it's 1:00 pm. and they are still closed and it's raining after 10 years with Boost age is starting to take its toll i am now calling this cpmpany bust mobile .

This store has the best customer service I have ever experienced in a mobile phone store. An employee named Sofia helped me and my elderly friend to get a new phone for my friend. Sofia helped us out of a problem with incompatibility issues we were having with a phone we had just purchased at Best Buy. We realized we needed a different phone to use with my friend's Boost account. Sofia helped us choose, and she was completely unbiased in her recommendations. This was impressive, since my preconceived notion of a mobile phone store is -- "rip you off whenever they can". Sofia was the exact opposite. And not only did we get this great service on Monday when purchasing the phone, but also when we returned two days later to get the new phone set up. Sofia took the time to transfer all the apps from my friend's old phone to the new phone. She even configured it to look just exactly like his old phone. She was very accommodating to my elderly friend's needs. She was extremely patient when the old phone had to have a software update in the middle of the whole process. She even took time to teach my friend how to use the phone... Five + Stars for Sofia!! Thank you so much. It was a great experience (and was not at all what we were expecting)!
