        Sat12/16/2023@7:15ish. Worst Metro by T-Mobile store I ever went in. Korean looking dude with glasses(who never pulled up my account when asked) Had the nerve to tell me I couldn't pay my bill because this wasn't the store registered service at. I don't leave bad reviews but, this was an insult to My intelligence. I just told him okay and walked out

        I believe this is the location where Dakari aka D works. On Friday afternoon, D was patient enough to assist me with getting access to my phone,which was completely dead,so we had to contact corporate. Long story short,he displayed a willingness to help,and we got it resolved. People don't have to be nice. Kudos to him!
