Verizon Authorized Retailer - TCC

I replaced my granddaughter's lost Gizmo from Amazon and had it sent to her in Roswell. The box was thrown out. BIG MISTAKE on both parts. Earl stayed in touch with me till the Gizmo was switched and fees adjusted even after I came back to Jersey! He was going to make it right for me! 5 Star business for sure!

Great place to go if you have any questions, I forgot his name but he knows his craft. He enjoys it and is willing to help you, always have a smile on his face. My favorite verizon place to go to at any time if I have any issues. Easy 5. Keep it up

Thank you to Ty for helping me get my plan squared away, got two new phones and an iPad and still lowered my bill! Even when I was ready to checkout he went back over everything and was able to show me how I can lower my bill even more. Very helpful and knew all the product knowledge with every question I had. Highly recommend this store and Ty to anyone looking to upgrade or switch to Verizon

We have gotten great service from Carolina, Phillip and Earl in setting up our new business account with (3) new iPhones and an iPad Air. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy. This company/location is a true picture of what Customer Service is all about! Thank you.
