        It's a small store, but the staff is very helpful and they went above and beyond my expectations! I definitely recommend this location.

        They sold my order to someone else!!!! I ordered a Christmas present for my husband at the beginning of November to allow plenty of time for it to arrive. I was told it was backordered and would arrive on 12/15. After not getting any notification that my order had arrived, I called the store and asked about my order. They said they would look into it and call me back. Nobody called back. I went into the store and they said they had sold it because I didn’t pick it up in time. Apparently, the order had arrived weeks ago but nobody contacted me to tell me to pick it up. Now I have to scramble to get my husband a present and won’t be able to get the item I initially ordered. I have never had such poor customer service. The worst part is that they didn’t even seem apologetic about it or offer any suggestions as to how they could correct the issue.
