Opened a new account today and the staff was amazing. The staff at Citrus Park were Quick, efficient, caring. Everyone made me feel comfortable and was very informative. Diane was extremely nice and helped me get the proper accounts I needed, Rosalyn was very helpful even to the point of getting a chair for me in line, and Rosalia was extremely helpful and kind, she took her time helping me with the online app step by step. They all went above and beyond and made me feel more welcomed in any bank Ive ever dealt with. Definitely referring friends and family members after the customer service I received and the benefits of banking with FCC.
