Washed my hands on this one...reordered 6 scripts last Wed May 4...just went and picked up...only had 3 ready: after verifying on the phone. I don't want your apology....and furthermore, 1 of their employees canceled my husband's auto refill...due to her incompetence.Will sure be transferring scripts to Publix. Have had issues for years....finally had enough.

Terrible, do not schedule an appointment here, this Walgreens is one of the worse , I schedule 2 appointments for covid tests, and in either one I was able to get tested because they didn't have equipment, really, this is so disrespectful .

Terrible experience. I have been waiting for a medication more than 10 days. Finally, when it was ready, it was the wrong manufacturer. Because of allergies I can only use specific. When I asked if that was the one the doctor prescribed, the girl say yes. Well, IT WAS THE WRONG ONE. Every time I get medications, there is always a problem, they either dont have it or they give you the wrong one.
