Sorry to say that my experience was NOT positive. With 2 workers and no one in the store, I was told that no passport pictures could occur because of short staff. Come on now..it takes a few seconds to get this resolved. Tell medoes anyone care about customer care? I just wanted some help.

The lady store manager was very nasty and rude to me.she yelled at me and threatened to ban me from the store because l asked her about my picture that she screwed up from the printer. I was not rude but professional l reported her to the so call regional manager who are friends and l reported her to the better business bureau. Morning shift manager has poor customer service skills. Created more of an hostile environment in front of other customers instead of de-escalating it. Continued to follow me to another cashier after I no longer wanted to deal with her customer service. This manager needs to be re-educated and properly trained on how to speak to customers in a professional manner. Edit: Looks like this is her normal behavior as I read some of the other reviews. Walgreens, do better!!
