        I have been a member of the credit union for years, over 30. The customer service has gone down hill considerably. Calling takes hours. Hours. They ask you to leave a number and they will be call you by the end of the business day but they don't. If you request something online, they will redirect you to call. What is the purpose of having online access when you have to sit on hold for hours to do a simple thing like a check copy request? It is time to take our business elsewhere.

        Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Teresita was exceptionally professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. It has been a very smooth auto refinancing experience which is much appreciated.
