Westshore Flats

A true hidden gem. Very affordable living in a calm, safe and quiet location. They are pet friendly and very accommodating to my family with children whom have special needs. Living here has been nothing but great memories at the pool and Gandy Beach. My neighbors were great , friendly , comforting and protective. My children were able to be kids and play in our community freely. The environment has been a blessing coming new to the Tampa area not having family or friends close by. Any time I needed anything from maintenance they came quickly with ac filters and / or anything else I may have requested. Shopping centers, schools, banks, parks and more are all very close by with in the mile. Living here I have had easy access to the highway to get where I may have needed to quick and easy. I can truly say I have no complaints about this community. I am relocating to a bigger unit at a different property location , and will happily be staying with the Same property management company as I have the last 3 plus years. I will be a little sad leaving Westshore due to its great location, but I am happy to stay with the company and the help they have provided going above and beyond in helping provide me a bigger unit at a different McKinley property. Loved this place. Safe for children. Management & maintenance is on top of there game. Never had any issues and will for sure rent again if I needed to

I enjoy the being at the pool often. A huge plus is the location, location, location. Its a great ,safe and very quiet spot to live. The staff is very reliable. Easy access to the beach and express ways. My puppy loves it here just as well having a several accessible pet areas.
