Park Place Apartments

Have lived in these apts over 10yrs And We have never missed any rent ever. Yet they have never done nothing to update or fix our apt. The laundry room sucks and nothing works most of the time. Most of the time pool is ok.

The same day that I moved in, I had to leave IMMEDIATELY. There were roaches everywhere. The apartment itself was not cleaned efficiently. The refrigerator had dead and live roaches all over. As well as mold on the roof of the refrigerator. The bathroom was not up to par. There were a hole in the window which allowed all sorts of bugs to come in. The list goes on. On the upside, I did not sign my lease in which I was able to get a full refund and move to somewhere better suitable.

Does not have 24 hour maintenance. My bathroom got flooded from the ceiling. I called their number mail box is full. There is no number for maintenance. 9 15/18 Here we are 6/10/2019. Newly furnished laundry room bout 2 months now with a company named cscserviceworks.com. and 1 dryer and washer have been out if Commission for a month now. Then tonight I washed my clothes went to dry them 3 loads for $1.50 each dryer for 45 minutes and all of them are still wet. I thought there was an issue so I paid for them to dry twice. Still freaken wet. I call the number and they say there is nothing they can do. They make you buy a card. Yet you can only load $5, $10, or $20 increments. Yet if you use all 4 machines wash and dry you still have a remaining balance, that you can't get back. They want in front of apts clean. Yet I have plants in pots. Yard furniture not household furniture and they keep posting letters on your doors. Pool just got fixed after being closed for months. Something needs to change.
