IM UPDATING THIS REVIEW. While i still find it a quiet place to live and the staff friendly, Im not finding it such a great place to live anymore. Now they're charging $115 for water/sewage. Used to flat rate of $50, like every apartment complex in Tampa. Idk why they think they're so special that they can actually get away with this but they can't. Their reason is because the third party billing company charged them extra fees. That's not my problem nor is it ANY of the other tenants either. We're not making up your deficit because of your bad business deal. According to Bay Area Legal Services, if its not in our lease agreements and then it really isnt legal, especially with new laws passed in Tampa Bay. So thats for staters, then our parking is an absolute nightmare. Theyre doing absolutely nothing about it either. They say its because of visitors parking in residential parking but thats absolutely NOT the reason. Its because there isnt enough parking period, for anyone anywhere. There is only one parking place per apartment, so the apartments who two cars, dominate the parking. There is 12 apartments per building and 12 parking spaces total for each building. In my building alone, there 5 apartments who have two cars, thats a total of 10 spaces taken for those 5 apartments, leaving 2 spaces for the remaining 7 apartments. Where in the hell are the remaining tenants supposed to park? This become absolutely ridiculous and if you park in visitor parking, because there is no where to park, youll be towed. Theres no where to park at the buildings either because they have the same amount of parking space. Ive never been or lived ar an apartment complex that didnt have at least one space number and designated for each apartment, with an overflow parking, which would be what is currently visitor parking. Its the most simple to help remedy this situation but they would rather call a tow service that ends up towing the tenants cars for being in visitor parking, cause they didnt have anywhere else to park @ $200 a pop. Many neighbors are suspecting that they get a kick back from the tow company, Im not really sure about that but can understand why they think that, because this has been going on for months now. FIX THE PARKING PROBLEM PLEASE. ONE SPOT ASSIGNED TO EACH APARTMENT AND WHAT IS VISITOR PARKING NOW, CHANGE INTO THE OVERFLOW. SIMPLE REMEDY! The apartments with two SHOULD NOT GET PREFERENTIAL PARKING.

Kimberly was absolutely AMAZING!! She was very fast and responsive throughout the whole process. With the stress of moving she definitely made everything as easy as it could be! She not only got me taken care of in a fast timely matter but she even went above and beyond to make sure the unit was fully ready before move in. Thanks again Kimberly youre the best!

Thank you for your enthusiasm to make our community a better place for all. With regard to the changes in the water/sewage service, we gave all residents an official notice on January 29 with an effective date of March 1 to hopefully allow our residents enough time to budget for the increase. With regard to the parking issue, we have been considering changing visitor spaces into resident spots. Therefore, we suggest that you voice your opinion with the property manager.
