Best Place To Live. Hands Down. This location is the foothill to Hyde Park Village, SoHo, and Bayshore. I walk to the best restaurants in town, get groceries across the street , I have peaceful walks, runs, bike rides by water on bayshore, I grab coffee , dessert or a movie in the village nextdoor, or a drink at a bar nearby when I hit my work weekend. Living here gives you access to anything you need for every occasion. MAA Hyde communal area at the front pool is immaculate and so detailed and beautiful. Its bright and luxurious, but homey and cozy. The lease agents Jasmine and Kyle, are warm, friendly, always welcoming, and responsive. The management and property manager Staci is so hands on, so involved, and so genuinely kind. From the day I walked in - to move in day - they all made me and my family feel so welcomed. Louis from maintenance, is the best. He not only took care of anything I needed, but would look around and take care of anything else proactively. His service and attention to detail is top notch I signed a lease with Maa Hyde because its an apartment but still has home-like community feel. Grounds are clean and well maintained and if a resident makes a mess somewhere the office responds quick! My layout is my favorite apartment layout Ive been in this far! Everythings so good I couldnt be more happy. Thanks Maa Hyde!

Overpriced. Old and thin walls. I asked to switch apartments due to the loud noises from the bar on Platt Street. Management would not let me and so 3 days a week I cant sleep. Poor quality of living and poor management. Can not recommend.

Way over priced. I've lived here 4 years - we've had breakins, stolen property, trash in the hallways, dog poop on sidewalks, and this place goes through property managers like McDonald's. The location is perfect, though! Be sure to ask the front desk about package theft, parking, the "24/7 service" (comes with hours-long delays if you call at night). The maintenance team really is amazing, however. They deserve an award. 2 "upscale living" photos for you from March 2024.

Above and beyond doesnt begin to describe level of service we received from Jasmine. She is compassionate, patient, kind, and thoughtful. Jasmine took care of every detail and anticipated our needs so that the process of finding a new home was so much less stressful than it usually would be. Knowing that people like her are at MAA gives us peace of mind for our loved one that will be living there. Thank you Jasmine!
