        Good place to live. It's very quite and the neighbors are friendly. Management keeps the complex very clean and they are very responsive to your requests.

        Called in to notify them of my 60 days notice along with asking a question about their policies and got yelled at by Cindy. It sure is clear that they do not appreciate their tenants, especially when increasing rent from 835 to 1050 for a 450 sq ft apartment. No less a studio with appliances from the 80's, constant mold and roach issues, and a tub that was painted over to look clean. Two terrible years here, not worth the money. Spend a little more if you can and don't succumb to this place.
