Nancy is a gifted teacher who is very sharing with her spirit and insights. In class she guides you through specific asanas that prepare you for a pinnacle pose, focusing on proper alignment and breath work. Whether you are new to yoga or an advanced practitioner, Nancy is a wonderful teacher.
