Ive been working out at Yvettes Health and Fitness Center for 7 years. The trainers have always provided a great variety of workouts. Thanks to Yvette, the trainers and the gym members there is always a warm, friendly and supportive atmosphere in the gym. Heck, I was so impressed with the gym that I got my personal/group training certification and now I teach some classes at the gym!! Definitely come by and try a class!!

Yvette does a great job of keeping the fitness center clean and clutter-free. The skilled trainers keep clients moving with mindful exercises; a good balance between cardio, strength, and flexibility. I highly recommend Yvettes Health & Fitness Center! Craig H.
