Garden of the Heart Yoga

I'm loving the Zoom classes! (I was skeptical!) As always, the asana instructions are precise and clear with options to move deeper if you're ready. I love the focus on proper alignment and respecting your body. The pace of the classes is just right. Big thanks to instructors Amanda and Cheryl for making the classes fun and inspiring.

Eva and Harmony are the best teachers I have ever met. So talented and skilled at using breathwork with each asana. You walk out of the studio feeling fabulously relaxed. However, I stopped going as I spent hundreds of dollars going to class and got backed into my car in the parking lot by another student. The owner refused to give me the class list to find the person who hit my car. I do not feel safe there anymore and do not understand why she would not give me the list of 10 people in the class to find the person who hit my car. So now I have a smashed in bumper that needs replacing. Decided to do yoga on My Yoga Teacher, on line and free.

I love Garden of the Heart Yoga Center. The teachers are great, and each class seems like a family. Everyone is very supportive.

The instructor was very soft spoken which i guess is appropriate in a yoga class, but if you positioned along the back wall you cant hear his instructions especially when AC comes on. The class was very complete and thorough

Sheer Bliss! A joyful yoga studio with something for everyone. I'm delighted to be back on the mat, exploring classes...finding teachers (& teachings) that work for where I am in my life, right now. In Gratitude to Garden of the Heart...Namaste.
