This is a phenomenal yoga studio with wonderful energy, and great variety of classes. All the teachers I have met are phenomenal, especially Regina who teaches Iyengar Yoga and Gentle Yoga.

Recently purchased a block of classes at Prana, but when I went to the second class and took a position under the air conditioning vent, I was horrified. The ceiling grate wasn't the usual white, is was covered in charcoal colored dust & dirt...hasn't been cleaned or maintained in a very long time! Although I bought several classes, I won't be going back to a place that pretends to   be a provider of better health and awareness.
