        The staff at the Universal M04 location is great. They are always helpful and very nice. Any time I have had an issue with a vehicle, they are quick to help in any way possible. Great bunch of people there. The people at Universal M04 are an excellent staff. They are always helpful and very friendly. Every time I have had a problem with a vehicle, they quickly help me in any way possible. Great group of people there.

        CAREFUL IF YOU TRY TO RENT A MOVING TRUCK. We booked 3 weeks in advance a 26' box truck. A few days before the moving date we went to check if everything its on track. We found out by a very relaxed lady with a big smile on her face that: "quote" honestly we won't have the truck available for you with a big smirk on her face. Location like this with employers like her, needs to be shut down. You all big corporations started to forget about customers satisfaction. But it's ok, soon you gonna beg people for business .
