        We made a reservation for a 26-foot truck. This was not a local move, we flew up from Miami to Orlando. One the day of the truck pick up (Sat, 27 May, 10:00am), they not only did not have our truck, they did not have any trucks available to rent. Unsatisfactory clown act at this U-Haul location. Avoid at all costs. We contacted Penske that same morning for a truck, and their competence saved the day. U-Haul, do better.

        Cancelled my reservation without calling or emailing me . Drove all the way there just for the sales associate to tell me they dont have the truck I reserved. Such an inconvenience and waste of my time
