Was greeted by a warm, why you look like you got beat up (Felicity). After traveling all night, this is not the welcome I expected from an elite hotel.
No bathtub in the family room. Was told by Felicity, that’s what I paid for, would have to downgrade to get a bathtub (traumatized my four year old with a shower). No privacy in the master suite and the bathroom door didn’t lock.
Bar had no top shelf vodka, but bartender Adrian was great!
This location advertised amenities they don’t have:
No microwave in suite, two microwaves at the bar for the whole hotel to use. No restaurant available.
So disappointed we checked out early because the conditions were unbearable for this standard of hotel. Ruined my families vacation.

This is a great deal for an Orlando staycation. Great senior rates and a wonderful breakfast included. But for us...it was Adrian the bartender who made the visit perfect.

I waited and waited, tried my best to keep my cool but today is Oct. 8 and I had a terrible experience back in August! The rate was good, the hotel was fine, breakfast was acceptable. The whole place needs to be touched-up but I wasn't going to be staying too long anyway. My problem arose once I left the hotel. I felt very itchy but hey, I always get bit by mosquitos and its Florida. Within a day or two, a doctor confirmed it was actually me covered in BED BUG BITES!! Everyone in my room was bit but two of us had severe allergic reactions (you can see just one area of my body in the photo from a week later). To this day I still have scars on my arms! We have called the hotel, called managers, gone through multiple emails and they just don't care, they have NOT made this a priority. They have NOT even refunded us for the trip, not to mention our medical bills as I needed medication for weeks. We cannot stay quiet any longer. Who knows how many people could be affected. This needs to be reported. BEWARE!

Not my best experience at a Hyatt Place. Lots of problems but the staff has been friendly throughout
