My kid lost his glasses here I know where but I still havent gotten call back regarding their location the pool area stinks really bad and the pools seemed to be dirty. Customer service was great and our room was also great

Vacation for daughters birthday and she really enjoyed the water park. My room wasn't ready when I tried to check in after the check in time so I had to take a different room. Rooms were ok. Had a leaking shower and service came up within the hour to fix it. All staff seemed friendly. Breakfast buffet was good. Fyi, You do have to pay to park.

My family and I stayed here about a week ago for spring break,and despite all the mixed reviews,we all had a great time.Check in was easy however I had booked a pool view room and didnt recieve that,beside that the room was clean.We stayed in building 6.The kids loved the waterpark and pool area,it just was so crowded,because of spring break.The main pool was very nice too.My only issue here was the room service,it took over 2 days for them to come switch towels and empty trash etc,not only that but they dont speak much english either.Overall,lots of fun and close to lots of restaurants and shops which makes it very convienient.
