Brand new hotel. Loved it, was so swanky. Very well thought out. Room was great! Front desk agent was great. Area is up & coming, but I liked the low key vibe. This place is gonna do great!

Wow! What a great hotel and Ken was so friendly and kind from the minute I called to confirm my room was feather free to when I checked in. I also went to the bar for dinner and drinks and Julia was amazing. So friendly and even made me blue cheese olives for my martini. Loved it so much I came back to the hotel with my friend for drinks and food before I had to go to the airport to catch my flight. The rooms were great and the gym was fantastic. Truly one of the best hotels I have experienced and I travel often for work.

Our flight got pushed back and needed a last minute hotel to sleep for a few hours and all hotels around the airport were booked. We found the Aloft at Lake Nona and Wesley was awesome! He personally went and made chocolate milk himself after the bar tender said they didnt have any. He also walked us up to our room to make sure the room key would work. He provided excellent service! Thanks Wesley, great customer service!
