Room 524. Air conditioning doesnt get cold and housekeeping can be better. Front desk girls are young and goofy. Unprofessional to make fun and laugh at guests. I dont think they understand that without guests, they dont have their easy job.

I am giving this location a 3 for several reasons. First, as a HILTON DIAMOND MEMBER, we receive no "Taste the Perks" bag when checking in. Also, as a HILTON DIAMOND MEMBER, they would not give us a 12pm checkout instead of 11am. They said they had met their quota for the day. The requirement should be that they contact DIAMOND MEMBERS in the hotel first for late checkouts. I know the hotel is not full of DIAMOND MEMBERS, so it can't be that difficult to leave a message for the room. Considering they sit up at the front desk on their phones and making themselves coffees, they seem to have plenty of time to do so. My husband works for the federal government and had a meeting that was ending just before 12 pm. I'm not sure what being a DIAMOND MEMBER is for, others Hilton is making more money from their stays. Disappointing to say the least!!
