The price of the oil change somehow rose by $40 from when we made the reservation to the next day when we brought it in. They used our phone number and confirmed the vehicle when we made the reservation so there is no excuse for this. We also saw them put the liner on the seat to keep the truck clean, however they somehow got a clump of grease on the seat which I did not notice until after we left and my wife asked what was all over my pants.
