        What can I say about F45?!?! I absolutely LOVE the workouts here. They are always different, energetic, fun and effective. The trainers are always on point and ready to help you correct your forms and better yourself. I have been with F45 for over three months and I have so much improvement and muscle gain on myself. The other thing I love about F45 Baldwin is the community feel and how they have really created a feel of know each other and being a part of it.

        This gym is great and the coaches are always helpful!! They were able to squeeze me in today when I was on the waitlist and still kept the overall gym safe and secure. These coaches always go above and beyond while prioritizing safety!! Can't say enough great things about my experience today and they definitely earned a lifelong customer!!

        There arent enough words to describe how much I LOVE F45! From the owners to the coaches to the members. There is a sense of real community when you walk through the doors. Everyone is so encouraging and the workouts are incredible. If youre looking for a gym look no further. I highly recommend F45 to EVERYONE!
