      image Made an appointment with this dealer for a fuel evap issue. I called the day prior to confirm they could diagnose during the day of appointment and they said they would call me. They didnt. Showed up to my appointment and my service advisor Liz was not available and they will need 48 hours just to diagnose my car and of course then some to fix it. Wasted my time when I could have found another service. Gave them 2 stars because even though my advisor was not available, someone else was kind enough to tell me about their time frame and that there was nothing they could do about it. I dont live in this state and needed to have the problem fixed before driving back home.
