Whatever they quote you, plan for another 200-400 bucks. You'll be forced to buy insurance and get a sunpass. In addition, your car will be stained on the inside, smell of smoke, dents throughout and a cracked windshield. Not to mention the staff is rude and bullies.

I don't know where these positive reviews come from but beware especially if renting in the USA. Recent Orlando rental price was very good, paid in full until you read the fine print which most people don't. They do not accept non USA drivers insurance and you will be charged $25/day for liability and $10/day CDW even if you have proof that your carrier or credit card provides coverage. Also beware they charge $9.99/day for toll road coverage and unlike other rental companies you cannot use your own Sun pass. If you don't buy their coverage and you go through a toll you will be charged $25/toll. This is all written in QEEQs fine print. What seemed like an inexpensive 25 day rental of $525 Canadian dollars turned into an extra $800 USD for insurance and surcharges. Oh yes $120 facility fee and $48 service charge were added. Even though we religiously avoided toll roads we received a bill 2 weeks after we returned for 3 tolls that we never used and they would not send documentation of the charges. If you want to get ripped off then be my guest but don't believe the positive reviews.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.The shuttle from airport we waited 40 minutes. Teh cost we booked on line was $120. No where in the documents did they say bring a copy of your vehicle insurance. Then charged $300+ for insurance. Never had I ever had to bring a copy of my insurance to rent a car. the license does this. I then got a copy of the insurance the next day and they said they would not cancel the insurance fee as I had already signed it.They are not truthful on their rentals and add charges as they see fit. This company is shady and scamming innocent families on their vacations. a rock the winshield on the highway and they tried to charge $400 for this. With out any receipt or invoice on a windshield repair they tried to just get me to accept and pay $400 on my visa with no paper work. I did not agree to that. I have insurance for glass on my vehicle and your personal vehicle insurance is transferrable to a rental car. But they still charge you.DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY save your self the headache.

They make a misleading offer, the cost online was approximately $190 (with insurance included) and when you check out they charge you another insurance (which is not clarified on the website). If you only have a Florida driver's license, do not rent from this company, they will make you a block deposit of $1000, crazy, or if you have a license from another country, the deposit would be $200. On the other hand, at the time of picking up the car, the person who assisted me was very clear that when I delivered the car, they would verify that there was no damage and check the tolls, they would immediately unlock the deposit for me. However, when I delivered the car, I was greeted by a rather rude girl (unlike the one who assisted me when I picked up the car) and told me that the deposit would be released to me the next day because that was done by another "department", difference from what they had initially told me; so I had to hand over the car and leave without them releasing my deposit. The next day I called to notify them that they had not yet released my deposit, to my surprise, the rude girl answered me again with a little/not polite attitude with the same attitude, a total shame. In conclusion, do not get carried away by misleading offers, it is preferable to go for well-known companies that you may pay a few $ more but they know how to serve the customer and are clear with their T&Cs. Not recommended at all.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. All of these reviews are so true. Tried to force insurance on me took an hour to prove I had adequate coverage. Same with the Sun Pass. Then when I picked up the car it was dirty, smelled of smoke, and had a maintenance light on. Immediately notified them before we drove off. Said not to worry about it. Then after the fact charged me a $200 cleaning fee and told me I smoked in the car. I don't even smoke. 15 days later charged my card an additional $67.28 with no explanation. Now I am left trying to dispute these charges and may end up out almost $300 for no reason. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! THEY ARE AWFUL!!! BBB Complaint filed. Save yourself the headache you think you are saving a few bucks on a rental, but they'll get that and more of a reputable company.
