I have never posted before. I was concerned about booking the car after reading several terrible posts. It was not a problem. Ordered on line. Check in was 5 minute. Car not present but on the way. Maybe 15-20 minutes late. Easy drive to Kennedy Space station (that was an unexpected highlight). If I returned after closing at 4pm they said just drop it at the hotel desk. That was great as I could take it easy driving back. Great service. Thank you

Hi, what an amazing staff member Wed is, we stayed in Cabana Bay for 3 weeks and hired several car from this amazing lady, she was great to talk to and always had a nice friendly smile, it made getting a car an enjoyable experience. Fantastic customer service from this Lady, I am looking forward to returning to Cabana Bay and i hope to meet Wed again when renting a car, In all honesty i would hope by the time we return she would have been given a promotion.
