Avis Car Rental

This car rental have the option to rent a car for Uber driver. But theres a issue wen you request the reservation using the Uber app. They send you a email with the reservation number, but never mention that before picking up the car the driver need to download the Avis app and register has a prefer member. If you dont do this 24 hour before the day of picking up in the car rental they will not proceed with the reservation and you will lose your time and money.

Hands down the worst experience of my life, when dealing with rental cars... No customer service, no sense of urgency, no help what so ever.... Staff is unprofessional, and lack leadership. They make rentals more difficult then it has to be....been here and hour and not any closer to even starting paperwork.... standing at counter being ignored, guess I should speak Spanish to get better service

Picked up solid vehicles for Uber driving. Staff appears tough, but they would consider your requests if approached patiently and politely.

I've been renting from them for over a year now with Uber I've been at this location many times to renew my contract to get an oil change sometimes they're very fast sometimes they're very slow but have patience with them they're very good people can they use some improvements absolutely but we can all use approvements and our own lives treat them how you want to be treated not all their cars are great but there's nothing they can do about that that's corporate decision they're only doing the best they can with what they have another thing is to remember is that all cars and trucks are guaranteed they only can give cars out of what is available please don't get mad at him because they don't have any vehicles available again it is the corporate that's not sending them the vehicles have patience with them and not getting upset with them and with many people renting please read your contracts everything stated in there and if that's a problem remember you signed it
