I went to the branch upset because I have had to make three contacts to Vystar (one in person and two via phone) to resolve a situation with my debit card that was no fault of my own. Umniah resolved my situation promptly and professionally. I will be visiting this branch location for all of my future needs and/or concerns.

Vystar is the SCAMMIEST bank I've EVER banked with in my 66 years of life. To be bullied by a bank manager because of THEIR mistake is reprehensible!! I was given a 50 credit on a FRAUD charge and went to a different gas station PURPOSELY and spent 48.00. They took the 50 out a week later and I disputed it. The manager, last name HINES, rudely came to me and handed me her card and told me to leave. When I demanded my 50.00 she told me to call the police and file a complaint against the gas station????? When I said I would really like MY money, she told me to go to the gas station and file a complaint. I said, no, I would like my 50.00 and she yelled out, "call 911, call 911" REALLY? A 66 year old woman with a cane is NOT going far!!! I am now KICKED out of the Bank and minus 50.00. Horrible service. Do they hire folks to leave 5 star reviews????? Probably! That's how SCAMMY it is!!!
