So after many years of doing business here is what really goes down with this place. I have had 50k cars with them, loans, credit cards and NOW because I have open credit, where it's not a bad thing....with regular banks they do not count, i have a 13% credit usage, a great credit score per Equifax, and these loan officers- all real pieces of work- and rude nasty people who deserved to be cursed out, probably First Baptist Church anti LGBT bigots, refused to give me a loan to pay for a new roof, in need, because i had too much "open credit" - this is actually a BS answer and causes consumer harm. As a large bank examiner for the CFPB before I became disabled, oh did i mention i make thousands of dollars per month? I do not say this to brag but I worked hard and went through a lot to get here. And they have been reported. Do not worry about that. So, if I were you, I would not do business with these twats of a terrible bank. Every time my partner went in to deposit, just do a deposit for me while I was working, they treated him like a pariah. Their charisma, uniqueness, nerve and talent really shows. Do yourself a favor, there are many safer, better places that would not let people get credit for having good credit they don't use EVER, when you have an actual need, these jokers just wanted to get their fingers on all the equity in my home I have built since 2003, they are a giant POS. Stay away. They think thier doody does not stink. The poor tellers are good people, the leaders sre the rejects otherwise they would be at a real bank. Scammers. Stay away. Alert 5. Bunch of chads with horns ya'll.If you have questions do please ask, there is no way for them lie, i got them them for quality purposes and training. Trash folks, pure trash. I give this banking 'institution' and L on the titans scale and that's pretty bad. All of it 100% true.Update: I did get the loan from a bank, imagine that.
