        If I could leave 0 stars I would. My mother has come to this branch for over 10 years and can never seem to get the help she needs. Shes come in and been told they cant do something and shell go to another location and can get helped with no problem. Today she was told she couldnt deposit a check and get the check as a cashiers check to pay the roofing company without bank manager approval but he wasnt there, then was told the assistance mgr couldnt help either. What makes it even worse is the Mortage is through Vystar and recently paid off. Its horrible and extremely aggravating when she calls me upset that her neighborhood bank cant help so she has to travel 10-15 out the way to get what she needs
