        I rarely go into the actual branch. But my experience in 04/02/22 was excellent even with the large crowd. Mrs K. Jessup was awesome. Very professional and built rapport. Loved every second of our time with her.

        The experience today was awesome. The branch VP Mrs. JESSIP, on Dunn ave was very friendly and helpful. SHE WENT OUT OF THE WAY TO BE OF HELP

        Had a wonderful customer service experience with Ms. Alexis Babbs; very congenial, professional and extremely patient. They go above and beyond just banking services. I was even assisted with HR paperwork. I could not find that assistance anywhere else. Jointly with the open-air remodel, the receptive manager (Ms. Powell) and the wonderful and greatly appreciated help from Ms. Babbs, I highly recommend the Dunn Ave location.
