        Used to be the best bank in the world. Been a member almost 40 yrs. Since the scandemic all they've done is remove services from their customers. Crippling business customers with their new funds policies. For the members, I don't think so.

        I'm new to this bank and would have loved the heads up on check deposits prior to becoming a member. I deposited my check via branch drive through. I was told $225 would be instantly deposited and the rest in 2 days, cool. A week later, I'm being told it would be held for an additional 5 business days with not explanation as to why. Do not deposit your check if you're not able to wait 2 weeks for it to hit your account!

        Return Check Fees are continually scamming people out of their funds!!!! I had 7.91 in there yesterday spent 7.80 And now today Im negative $28 NAVY FEDERAL IS BULLYING THEIR CLIENTS ACCOUNTS AROUND!!!
