      image I have to call every month to remind them to give me a credit, because the promotion they gave me at sign up was no good. So it's something I have to worry about every month.  I called several times before my last bill was due, the owner Gerry is never there, so I had to deal with Chris, who is very rude. He didn't help either, so I had to call the 800 #, they did help but I have to do this every month for another 17 months.
