        Customer service here is pathetic. Bought new phones and was told cases were being provided at no cost. Got my bill and I was being charged. I called the store and they said: Sorry, if you don't want the cases bring them back and we will remove the charges. Had to drive 50 miles to correct this as a result of their lies and deception. I will NEVER return to this store.

        Whatever you do AVOID this store! Especially the assistant manager Ron. After 4+months of headaches and literally HOURS of my life spent trying to correct an issue he created. He is shady and will tell you anything it takes to get his sale numbers and then literally avoid you when you realize his "mistakes." The most unprofessional company, store and employee I have ever encountered. If I could give him a negative 10-I would. Save your time, money, stress and give your business elsewhere.
