        Worst rental experience Ive ever had. Arrived to pick up car which we paid for in advance and was told there were no cars on the lot! Guy at counter told me to call customer service so I did and was told that i needed to go to another location in Florida but the car was going to be $700 more!!! Would rate Zero if I could. Do NOT use budget!! Called enterprise and they saved the day!

        Zero stars Worst customer service, cars are always dirty inside and once it smelled like dog pee even though I always made reservations in advance the guy who works there said theres no cars available on many occasions but my breaking point was tonight when I called budget customer service to make sure there was a car available when I went there but turned out there were 0 cars available according to Reuben even though I saw several cars and the manager Jennifer also said there should be plenty of cars available. Its been very inconvenient and frustrating being pushed around by this guy who works there Never going back again
