FedEx Office Print & Ship Center - Closed

Just be aware this is not a street-front store. It's hidden deep inside the Marriott hotel, on the 2nd floor. Kind of hard to find if you're in a hurry. Having said that, the employees were helpful and courteous.

Hidden in the Marriott. Do not come here for returns since they charge an additional fee because the shop is inside a hotel.

I got my business cards printed at my school for an academic conference that I was staying at this hotel for. My schools cutter was ruined so I had to take my business cards to this FedEx location. My school charges five dollars to print them which wouldve included cutting. FedEx charged me $20 just to cut. They were supposed to use the number on my Business card to contact me when my cards were finished but that never happened. Upon arrival, the woman told me that my cards were crooked because the person that printed them printed them unaligned front and back. I said OK and I paid. Upon leaving I realize that several of the cards were cut at diagonal angles and some look like they had been cut twice to correct crooked cutting. As a result, my business cards were disproportionate and unprofessional. But only about 60% of them. Which lets me know that they were not printed incorrectly but instead cut incorrectly and as a result, I wasted my money on business cards and cutting them for cards that are now unprofessional and unusable. And on top of that, I was lied to about it, which is my biggest issue because it lets me know that she knew they were crooked. I want my money back and I would never utilize this location again.
