Location Location Location. Nothing else in this class for this price anywhere this close to the Capitol, steps to the metro and walking distance to Union Station with amtrak and local trains, buses and the best of Georgetown.

Rooms: Clean, comfortable and well serviced.
Walkability: 20 min walk from main attractions.
Food & drinks: Reasonable breakfast, hot and cold.

Comfy mid range hotel in a cracking location on Capitol Hill. Our family suite was smaller than expected but comfy and clearly recently refurbished.
Impersonal service but friendly enough nd the hotel offers luggage storage options.
Highly recommend on location alone.
Walkability: Capitol is almost in sight of this place which is super close to botanic gardens and museum of the American Indian as well as the eastern market and places to eat and drink.

What incredible service. The front desk staff and the valet were just absolutely amazing. The entire time I had to have so many different requests because I had a child and they catered to me like I was a VIP I would stay time and time again the location is incredible heads up on this I travel consistently for work and stay at a ton of different hotels, and this one was honestly top-notch.
Rooms: The room is nice enough space nice crib for the child. Nice big bathtub. Very happy to have a microwave and refrigerator room and an extra sink.
Safety: Its a safe place for you and your children locked up tight and theyre really watching out for you
Walkability: You can walk your spot anywhere from here
Food & drinks: There are tons of food options right around the corner and the morning breakfast is very nice. The scrambled eggs are incredible.
